We have a midwife clinic every other week on a Friday. If you are newly pregnant, you will need to register online for maternity services by completing a self-referral form on the Musgrove Park Hospital website. The form collects basic demographic details alongside basic obstetric and medical history and can be accessed by clicking this link . Once a self-referral has been submitted a midwife will contact you directly to offer early pregnancy advice and to arrange an appointment at a suitable time and place.
