Broadway village now has a defibrillator which can be used by a member of the public in emergencies. Defibrillators deliver a high energy electric shock to the heart through the chest wall to someone who is in cardiac arrest. The village defibrillator can be found in the telephone box to the right of Neroche Primary School on Broadway Road and contains all the necessary instructions on how to activate and use it.
