PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP

Our Patient Participation group helps us to ensure that patients are involved in decisions about the range and quality of services offered by their GP Practice.

During the current year we have continued to advertise for members on our practice website, and have tried to broaden the representation of group members in terms of age, gender and ethnicity.

We particularly need some younger patients in the 16-24 year age group and some young mums to join our group to make it more representative of our patient population.  If you would like to join please complete an application form which you can find in our online Library.
