Face Masks
Posted 02nd Feb 2022
The requirement to wear a mask in public indoor settings such as shops and restaurants and on public transport in England will be dropped from Thursday 27 January.
This does not apply to NHS venues; in line with national infection control guidance, face masks will be still be required to be worn by patients and visitors. This policy helps ensure the safety of the public and staff and helps reduce cases of COVID-19.
Thank you for your cooperation.
