Access to Medical Records

The practice is registered and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any request for access to notes by a patient, patient’s representative or outside body will be dealt with in accordance with the Act. Please contact the Practice Manager for further information.

NHS guidance now states that all patients over 16 must be able to automatically see their medical record dating from November 2022 onwards, provided this would not cause harm to the patient or anyone else. Your medical record can be viewed via both Patient Access and the NHS App. Please speak to reception for advice on how to be set up on these systems. Please click this link for further information.
